Let customers speak for us
from 34 reviewsI've had my Samelin boots for over a year, and they've taken a serious beating—rain, mud, concrete, you name it. Still look good, still feel good.
The leather is thick, the stitching is on point, and they actually get more comfortable the more I wear them. Feels like a secret I almost don't want to share.
Never heard of Samelin before, but I took a chance. Glad I did. These boots feel like something my grandfather would've worn.
I've hiked, worked, and even gone out in them, and they never let me down. Plus, they don't look like some overdesigned tactical gear—just classic, solid boots.
Good, reliable boots, but they took some time to break in. I also got the size wrong at first. I usually wear a 45, but for these, a 44 fit me.
Very good boots for military exercises and the forest.
Great ankle support, tough leather, and they break in nicely. If you want boots that look pretty on a shelf, look elsewhere.
Took some time to wear in (don't take long walks right away) as they are made of only leather. But once worn in, they're great.
I was looking for shoes that would fit a wider foot. Normally, I wear size 39 shoes, but following the guide, I bought size 38 because they have a bit of extra room. I didn't need any break-in period; the shoes were immediately comfortable for my wide feet. They've been my favorite shoes for several years now, though I haven't used them as winter shoes yet. They look really cool on the foot. I recommend giving these shoes a try!
Good shoes. The rubber sole is very comfortable in slippery conditions, but because of the softer rubber compound, it does wear out faster. I'm still very satisfied and would recommend choosing your usual size. I first bought one size smaller, and even though there really was more room at the toe, the width of the shoe was not enough and it started squeezing my toes and the ball of my foot from the sides. Better to add an extra insole yourself if needed.
The best boots I have ever had.
4 years and still going strong, no matter the weather, no matter the terrain.
I recently bought these boots. I'm very happy with the purchase. The leather is of high quality, and the workmanship is excellent.
Great all-around boots. Probably the best bang-for-your-buck hiking boots out there and they're made right here in Europe. What's not to like?
Absolutely great. Comfortable right from the first wear. They keep moisture out, and they just look really cool. I'm already thinking about which pair to buy next, since winter is ahead.

NATO, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, has established a set of standards known as AQAP 2110 (NATO Quality Assurance Requirements for Design, Development, and Production) to ensure that defense products and services meet stringent quality and security criteria. These standards cover various aspects of production, including design, development, and production processes. "It takes some time to break them in, but once they’re broken in (I learned this the hard way), they’ll last for years in almost any condition."
