In cases where a product exhibits manufacturing defects, the buyer has the right to file a claim within two years from the date of delivery. Specifically, within the first six months following the delivery of the goods, it is presumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery, and it is our responsibility, as Nuustik OÜ, to prove otherwise.

It's important to note that Nuustik OÜ is not accountable for errors resulting from the consumer's actions or neglect, such as improper use, accidents, or other factors, after the goods have been delivered. Similarly, we are not responsible for issues arising from normal wear and tear, which is a natural consequence of regular product use.

In cases where errors in online purchases can be attributed to Nuustik OÜ, we are committed to addressing the situation promptly. We will either repair or replace the defective goods to ensure your satisfaction. If, in rare instances, the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, we will reimburse the buyer for all costs associated with the purchase agreement.
